Investment Cast Safety Clamp Batch Link

As one of the valuable components, the camp batch links are casted in qualified steel alloys and stainless steels, such as GB 42CrMo, (ASTM 4140, 42CrMo4), GB 20CrNiMo(ASTM 8620), stainless steel 304(SS304) and stainless steel 316(SS316), etc. To get a better mechanical properties, the alloy steel cast clamp batch links are also heat treated by quenching and tempering process. Thiswill increase the strength and lifetime of the links. 

There're lots of production technics to produce the camp batch links. In our foundry, we make them in investment casting process. With this process, we can cast camp batch links with a bit more complex structure. The accurance on dimensions are also better.
