Silica Sol Castings-valve body

Production technics:valve body is made by silica sol casting process.We choose silica sol casting process to produce the valve body. That's because sometime it's difficult to cast complex valve bodies by other investment casting technics.Silica Sol Casting process can control a casting tolerance with CT5-CT6,which can ensure the accurancy on dimensions of the silica sol casted valve body and less or save the machining costs. The surface of the valve bodies made by silica sol casting process,thereafter mirror or finish polished, is very smooth and shiny,which show a good impression and beautify vision for valve bodys,especially those assembled visibly.

The valve body used as joint or couplers to connect pipes or other casting components together.
