Investment Cast Pipe Fittings in China

Investment cast pipe fittings made in China are widely used all over the world. 

Pipe fittings work as the most important components to assemble the pipe lines in the pipe foundation industry. According to the function, the pipe fittings include pipe couplers/couplings, pipe brackets, pipe joints, pipe connectors, pipe clamps, pipe valves, pipe pumps, pipe links, pipe elbowes, etc.

Production Process for Pipe Fittings:

In fly foundry, we make the pipe fittings in investment casting process. For smaller steel fittings and stainless steel fittings, we choose to cast them in silica sol casting process. Silica sol casting process can help to control the accurancy of the pipe fittings. For bigger carbon or steel fittings with weights less than 50kgs, we use the water glass casting process for production. 

Besides investment casting technics, we can supply pipe fittings by forging and sand casting, too.

Design of Pipe Fittings:

We can do customed pipe fittings by receiving drawings from clients. If clients can only show sketches or send samples of the pipe fittings, we can work with clients to design the technical drawings for quoting and production. Format of drawings we accepte is .igs, .step, .jpg, .pdf, .dxf, .dwf, etc. 

Function of Pipe Fittings:

The function of investment cast pipe fittings is to connect and fix the pipes to form a pipeline system. Some of the fittings used to connect the pipes, such as pipe flanges, pipe clamps, pipe union etc. Some of the investment casting pipe fittings are used to change the direction of pipeline, such as the pipe elbows, pipe tee links, etc. Some of the investment cast pipe fittings are used for fixing the pipelines, such as brackets, couplings, etc.
